I have an error when I tried to open tempo app

The Tempo family of applications are Marketplace apps, that can be downloaded and "added on" to Jira.  It has a direct integration so it acts and functions like an extension of the Jira app, but it is not made or maintained by Atlassian.  If you post the error, you may get some assistance from the Community... otherwise, you may need to engage Tempo support.

Hey,

No, The tempo is not a part of Jira. Jira is one tools an d tempo is another tools.. Tempo works inside jira, but you must install it separately.

If you see an error, it may means the app is not installed, not active or may be dont have permission.
