Hi @萌恵 小管 ,

Welcome to the community !!

  1. Did it work previously ?
  2. If you installed the plugin recently, please make sure you have followed below steps

Installation & Setup

  1. Download JIRA Charting Plugin from Atlassian Marketplace or directly using your UPM - Installing Marketplace apps.
  2. Create a new custom field, search for type time in status, then, name it "Time in status" (Please ensure that there is only one defined) .
  3. Add this field to every screen.
  4. Perform a full (background will not work) re-index on JIRA.
  5. Select the statuses that you want to track within the gadget.

Details are described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/use-the-average-time-in-status-gadget-in-jira-server-776998092.html

Hi, @Rilwan Ahmed Thank you for your response.

  1. Did it work previously ?
    • No, it never worked in my project.
  2. If you installed the plugin recently, please make sure you have followed below steps
    • I don't think I recently installed it. The time in status gadget on the dashboard has been here when I try to use.
    • Do I have to install JIRA Charting Plugin again even we've already had it or is it okey to start step2(create a new custom field~ wihch I never set up)?

Thank you.

1. Make sure the JQL/Filter used has required tickets in it.
2. Ask your admins to perform the steps mentioned above.
