We have a dashboard which is public and all the filters used in the dashboard is also public.
But when I share the url with Non jira user it is asking them to create an account and get access to our jira instance. I believe that shouldn't be the case.

To actually view anything within Jira the individual must have an account. I was looking for some good documentation on the use of “public” in shares but did not immediately find any.
