Not realizing the consequences, we had only 1 person assigned as Org for our products. We have several admins, but only 1 org. He has left the company. We want to remove him as a member and need to assign another Org. How can we do this?

Hi @randy 

Usually, only an Org Admin can remove or replace another Org Admin.

If there isn't another - the procedure for replacing the Org Admin can be found on this page.

In summary:

  • If you have a Technical Contact who is not the Org Admin, they can contact Support and request a change in Admin
  • If the Org Admin is also the Technical Contact, you'll need to modify this first. See the page linked to above for instructions
