The options under Project Settings in the two projects are completely different.

I have two projects that I created.
The options under Project Settings in the two projects are completely different.

Also in one project I'm able to create parallel sprints.
In the other project I'm unable to do so.

I am the site admin and project admin as well

What "type" are the projects? Business, Software, Service Desk or Agility?
