Hi,

we evaluated Jira software and today we paid for 10 developer version Jira. We got our license but we can't add it on out jira.

it complains;

The license could not be installed.

An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information.

Our jira version is 7.4.2

what can be wrong and how can we solve it?

OK I've solved it. I was accesing over a NAT URL. but it is needed to be done by IP.
