Hi @Backoffice team

Is the board auto-refresh on, on each gadget on the dashboard?

Try another browser or incognito window. If this works, clear your browser cache and cookies.

Or disable any active browser add-on's.

Hello @Backoffice team

In Jira Cloud, this is usually caused by the dashboard auto-refresh being turned off, a browser caching issue, or the browser throttling background tabs.

Here’s what I’d suggest you check:

Confirm auto-refresh is still enabled

Open the dashboard → … (More actions) → Configure automatic refresh

Make sure it’s not set to Off, and pick an interval (e.g., 5–15 minutes).

Hard refresh + try Incognito / another browser

Hard refresh: Ctrl+F5 (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)

Then test in Incognito/Private mode to rule out cache/extensions.

Keep the tab active (browser throttling)
If the dashboard is left open in an inactive tab, Chrome/Edge may pause timers. Try keeping the dashboard tab in the foreground and see if it starts refreshing again.

Check Atlassian status (in case it started “since last Friday”)
If multiple people see it at the same time, it could be a Jira Cloud incident.
