Hi All!!
This time I have this problem.
I have the following issue types in service desk:
Requerimiento de Servicio
Riesgo
Soporte
Requerimiento de Servicio de Compra
But when I access to request type I have the following issue types are shown (in english):
Service Request
Support
Purchase
Risk
I know that the translation will be the same as issue type, But I don't know why in this new project it is shown like this and not in spanish.
If I select any of them it will be the same? it is only a language issue?

Hi Rosana, can you go to the project in question and Project settings > Issue types and see if the desired issue types are shown there. If not. Lick on the Action icon and edit issuetypes.
