The ganttchart error while use the Reporter (show only projects with create permission)

Hi:

While I set the Browse Projects permission use the Reporter (show only projects with create permission) then the ganttchart displying none.

If I clear the Reporter (show only projects with create permission) Browse Projects permission, the ganttchart view well.

Is the bug of ganttchar?
