The fields "Original estimate" and "Remaining estimate" are missing in screen

Hello, all,

I am trying to add the fields  "Original estimate" and "Remaining estimate" to my "Create issue" form.

I found several tutorials on how to do it, but it seems that they are missing from "Screens".

The path to "Screens" is Settings > Issues > Screens > Screens.

Please let me know what am I doing wrong or whether my access is restricted. 

I am supposed to have all the access but we might have missed something out.

The two fields you need are summarized in the Time tracking field. Are you choosing the correct one?
