I've removed the field "Fix Versions" as a test and now I can not add it anymore, it has disapeared from my Fields list and now all my issue types doesn't have this option anymore. I really need this because I use the Releases from Jira. Please help me.
Hi Lorrana,
Try going to the screen(s) used by the project and add it directly to the screen. Go to Project Settings > Summary > Screens
Hi @John Funk I don't see this option. On project settings I just have: Details, Access, Notifications, Automation, Fields, Work types, Features, Board, Tool chain and Apps. Nothing else :(
Is this "Screens" option available on Jira Cloud?

You must be in a Team-managed project. If so, that is problem number one. Go to Fields and see if you can add it there. How did you take it off?

Please try clicking on the three dots on top right corner of issue and selecting "Find you field" to see if the field is available or not
Do you have project Admin permissions?
If you have removed from the layout you can add it back in this path
Project Settings>Work Items> Layout> Edit Layout and add the "Fix Versions"
let me know if that worked. Thanks

Hi @Yash_reddy
I already tried this, and if I go on the three dots at the top right corner > Configure Board > Work types > Story and on the right try to search for the Fix Versions in the list, it doesn't appear.
However if I go on the three dots at the top right corner > Configure Board > Fields then I do see the Fix Versions over there.
But somehow it is not coming as one of the field options when I go into one of the issue types configuration. Whyyyy???? :'(

Can you try this from the issue not the board. "Find you field" option to troubleshoot the issue.

Already tried also, it didn't work. I can not find this field on the "Find your field" within any issue type.
