The features between trial version and buy one, are they same features?

Because I am looking for the company structure feature ?
Admin can design the user to put on company structure

And the supervisor level can supervising his staff level

There's no difference between trial and full functionality.

Could you explain what you mean by "company structure feature"? As there's nothing I'd describe as that in JIRA or Confluence.
