Hello Artem,

It looks like you are running into a BUG in Confluence related to non latin encoded characters. 

This is detailed in the following BUG report noting it was originally discovered on the Japanese character sets but has been confirmed to affect other language packs as well, and should be fixed by upgrading Confluence to a 6.13.1 or later version:
