Hello.
I would like to migrate my JIRA assignments to another JIRA by importing them in csv format.
However, I can't see the export menu in JIRA.
The version of JIRA is 7.6.0.
I would like to know how I can export csv.
Please let me know if I'm missing some information.

Welcome to Community !
Can you please go to Issue Navigator and filter out the issues which you want to export by JQL and Export the issues to CSV. Please find below screenshot for your reference,
