The cog wheel is missing when I try to delete a filter.

I have Jira 5.2.1.

Last week I was able to create and delete filters.

This week I cannot delete filters (missing cog).

Any ideas as to why?

The cog does appear in other screens, so I don't think its a browser issue

If I go to My filters then I can delete, but cannot do so from the other tabls
