The action items under Workflow Options display as text rather than a link

When I was trying to edit a workflow, the action items under Options display as text rather than a link, which results in I cannot editing a transition of a workflow. please help with this issue, thanks.

Hi @EllaZhao , so I have never seen this occur before. I wonder if it is a permissions thing but I would've assumed you wouldn't be able to click the edit workflow button if you were not able to edit the workflow. With that said here are some thoughts...

• what is your permission level?
• can you try other workflows in other projects?
• can you try a different browser?
• I assume this does not change regardless of the selected transition?
• Are you able to click on edit transition?
• Can you check what other admins see?

1. I am an administrator of this project

2. I have no permission to other projects

3. have tried with the latest version of Chrome and Safari, the result is the same

4. Yes, only transition name is editable 

5. I am able to click on Edit, but only the transition name can be changed

6. I will ask other admins have a try

My theory here is that this is a shared workflow. If this is a shared workflow you will not be able to edit. You can make a copy then rename and edit then associate to your project.
