The Waffle icon and left side-menu collapse icon (Ctrl-[), are invisible next to the company logo.

Hi,

When displaying the left side-menu in Jira and Confluence, the waffle icon to the left of the company logo and the collapse menu icon (Ctrl-[) are invisible. They appear if you collapse the left side-menu but otherwise are invisible, although do work.

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know what the fix is?

This is not fatal but very annoying to our users.

Hi Adam,

So everyone in your organization sees the same problem? I suggest you try a different browser or use Incognito/Private window mode to test that. And, as always, clear your cache first. Let just know how it goes.

...in cognito also did not resolve the issue.
btw, Chrome greyed out the In cognito option and I could only use the EDGE "New InPrivate window" option (which I assume is the same).

This worked. I used the AI dialogue. It pointed to our network security people who probably blocked one of the Atlassian IPs where the relevant CSS resides.
