The Time Doctor Classic x Jira integration is down

The Time Doctor Classic x Jira integration is down.

• Recently, our Time Doctor Classic and Jira integration stopped working.

• After trying to redo the integration, we got the error: "You do not have any projects in JIRA or your workflow is not defined."

• We've already checked the user's access, workflows, fields, etc.

• It seems there was an update on the Jira side that wasn't included in the Time Doctor Classic.

Welcome to the community.

Then you would have to reach out to Time Doctor, to address the issue there.

As this is a 3rd party integration (not listed on the marketplace either) Atlassian is not responsible that 3rd party integrations work, this is up to the vendor/developer.
