The Target page is getting loaded before clicking on WebPanel button

Hi,

I am writing JIRA atlassian-express plugin in JIRA cloud.

I am displaying a WebPanel module in my issue-view page.

Below is the Webpanel module that I am using in issue-view page.

Highlighted is the WebPanel module in issue-view page.

The target page (which is defined inside url of my WebPanel) will be loaded- which is a HBS file , Before clicking this WebPanel button.

Please help me out with this.
