The Product Fraud Kanban seems to have gone haywire in the last little while.

We had opened about 500 tickets (lifetime). The ticket count suddenly jumped every time a new ticket was created. Please see the screenshot below and look at the ticket numbers for reference.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to talk to your administrators about this, it's nothing we can help you with without access to the logs and configs.

There is one thing you can point them at though - this "number jumping" can happen when a Jira email handler OR a CSV import is failing.  They allocate the next number, fail, and then can't write the new issues, so you get an empty number.

But you'll need to read the logs to find that.
