The Marketplace does not start right away

When we first open the marketplace, it does not show any apps. The browserwindow needs to be refreshed 3 to 4 times to show up the content.

Is there a way to show the apps right away?

Hello @Admin dopavision , are you talking about "https://marketplace.atlassian.com/" or the Find new apps from Atlassian marketplace on your Jira instance.

I would make sure that the UPM plugin is updated. You can also look at these KBs to see if understand what's going on. I would also look at the application logs to see if you can find any specific errors.
