The Group function that it does not work when selecting "Categories" on our Work Order.

After double checking our Work Order details which includes the field "Category" where we denote what type of asset we are purchasing, the Jira Board does not recognize the categories.  I have spent time researching and I cannot determine the reasoning of why the function is not working.

Appreciate any help you could give to help us fix since it affects our whole team.

What type of project does this concern? You can get the project type by clicking on the ... button next to the project name in the navigation panel on the left.

Can you share with us a screen image of an issue where the Category field is set?

Can you share with us a screen image of your board when you are trying to Group by Category?

From that I can see that you are working with a Team Managed Business project.

When you say that the board is not recognizing your categories, what are you trying to do on the board? What do you see - can you provide a screen image?

Can you also provide a screen image that shows 1 or more issues where you have specified the category?
