The Data Time format show error if the JIRA Language isn't English

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The "DataTime picker" type file keeps on showing errors as below snapshot.
After changing the user profile set the language to English, the issue is gone. Since we have global users who prefer to use their local language, this problem will bring inconvenience to them. Would you please fix the problem? Thanks.
