The Custome plugin is not working in the updated version of Jira. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
A plugin that was working correctly in the previous version in my local is not reflecting UI changes on the dashboard screen in Jira 9.4 which is same to QA.
Hello @Prabhakar Jha
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Did you look up the plugin in the Atlassian Marketplace to confirm it is supported for that Jira version?
I am not able to find a plugin by that name in the Marketplace. Is it a plugin that is still available. Can you provide a link to the Marrketplace listing?
Are you using Jira Server or Jira Data Center?
Hi Claspill,
thank you for your response.
Actually, it is Custome plugin, and it is not available into marketplace. It is deployed into QA env. Can we have another option to share the details with you?

I am not a plugin developer. I will not be able to assist you in debugging a problem in a plugin your company developed for your own use.
