Thank you for your help, now it only list 6 rows after to add the more filters, but when to export HTML report(filter fields), it displaying 0 issues in the download report, so it is not related to the issue of over 10,000 work items, in the issue search page we can find 6 items, but why is export  no items? thanks.

It is ok to use 'Open in Microsoft Excel', just cannot to use 'Export' feature, could you help find the root cause? thanks.
