The Army wants me to upgrade from 7.11.2 to 7.11.3 but it's not offered. Where can I find it?

IAVM Notice Number: 2018-A-0352  demands that I upgrade from version 7.11.2 to 7.11.3 as soon as possible but on the downloads page the highest version available is 7.11.2 which we're already running.

I tried 7.12.3 but that seems to be a more complicated transition.

Yes, that's correct, there is no version 7.11.3.  Whomever wrote that notice for you is not up-to-date with what is available.  

All you can do is report their error back to them and get confirmation on whether they mean to move you to 7.12.x or not.
