The Add Checklist Option Does not Exist for me

I am trying to add a Checklist to an existing task, bug, etc. However, the option does not exist on my menu. Others in my team have access to it though.

Hi @Ben Hoffman,

If you are using the checklist plugin that allows controlling permissions (e.g., Issue Checklist Pro), then you might not have permission to see the checklist in a given issue/project. 

Let us know which checklist plugin you use, and their vendor will help you solve the case.

I asked and found out are using Issue Checklist Pro.

Hi Ben, 

In that case, please contact your Jira or project administrator. 

They most likely enabled advanced permissions in Issue Checklist Pro, and you are missing the View Checklist permission.
