Test get user's memberships : Failed

Hello everyone,

When I test the connection of my user directory it fails to get the user's memberships. 

Any idea why that is the case?

You can get more details on why it failed from the logs. 

Reproduce the problem and then check the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log file for the last entry. The error is usually straight forward on what the issue is.
