Test connection failed. Details: The response is not in a JSON format. Power Automate Flow

I am trying to setup a Flow in Power Automate to have a MS Form Response create a new Issue in Jira, however I am getting an error message: Test connection failed. Details: The response is not in a JSON format

Is anyone able to help me figure out how to troubleshoot this error?

I am having same problem

I have the same problem trying to connect to a Jira Server system.
