Test case statuses not updating on back button

Maybe a recent JIRA update changed this but before if I open a test case finish it and change status to PASS/DONE, then hit back button to the story that status would be updated. 

Now I have to refresh the page after going back to the story to see test case updates. This is a small but big inconvenience. Doing tests is tedious enough without added another tedious step.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

By default, Jira application does not have an issue type called "Test case", so I believe you might be using a third-party app (Zephyr, Xray, etc) or a custom issue type. Is that correct?

In order to better understand the behavior you mentioned, can you please provide us a video or screenshot reproducing the behavior and confirm if the test case issue type you are talking about is related to a third-party app?

Also, please make you've hidden any sensitive information from the video/screenshot before posting it in this question.
