Test Step, Test Data and Test Result is blank after importing test case from excel sheet to Zephyr.

Hi,

I'm trying to import test cases from excel sheet to Zephyr using jar file "zfj-importer-utility-0.40". Excel sheet has valid values in all columns of - Summary, Labels, Priority, Description, Test Step, Test Data and Test Result.

After the import is complete, when i open the test case in Zephyr i see that- 

a) Summary, Labels, Priority, Description- is populated with correct values

b) Test Step, Test Data and Test Result- is blank even though this columns had valid values in sheet.

Can someone guide how to fix point# b? Thanks!

Please use the internal importer, that is much easier than the external one. You can use the drag and drop feature for the mapping with the internal importer.

I'll explore the internal importer. However, if you can guide on resolving the issue with external importer it would be great.

@[deleted]  for that I would need the screenshot of the complete mapping details. Also please make sure to provide the access and secret key on the importer before  connecting to the JIRA instance. If those are not in place, you might be able to import the test cases, however the test details will not show up.
