Test Details missing from Jira Card

When I go into a card on the JIRA board, the Test Details component is not displayed. When I go into a previously created test, I am not able to view the Test Details or access the Test execution.

I have the same problem. the details were there last night. this morning, they are all gone.

Hey Sophia, I noticed on a different post that this issue was resolved by updating the XRAY plugin. My company did that this morning, and everything is working as expected now.
