What specific Tempo Button?

If you started the Trial, then you should have a valid license and everything should work. You may contact support.atlassin.com for problems like this.

If you don't have a correct license, or the plugin is disabled, and you are talking about the button in the agile board, then look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/TT-371

Thank you Mauro, I think it may be due to license while the button is still visibile on the Agile board.
