Tempo team field disappear on click

Ivo Gonçalves September 8, 2025

Currently, Tempo Team field is used as routing to teams for backlog items incorporation.

The field is displayed as part of the always visible context fields. When empty, the click on the field makes it disappear and preventing set one of the available values.

This is a big impediment for everyday work of the teams!

Hi @Ivo Gonçalves

Best is to revert your question to the Tempo support team.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam ,

Thanks for the hint!

Hi! @Ivo Gonçalves have you opened a Tempo support ticket? We are experiencing the same issue!

Pedro Hernandez September 8, 2025

@Ivo Gonçalves Just got the email from the Atlassian status page! See that it is being fixed. Thanks!

@Ivo Gonçalves not only, if the field is empty. It can also be prefilled, and with clicking on it, it seems to disappear.

If you have the Tempo Team field pinned as a favorite and make it not the last field in the list, you can watch, that it somehow stays on the screen, but the title and content vanishes.

Opening a Tempo support ticket is a hassle! Either to find the form for report but also on the required data for such simple issue report...

@Ivo Gonçalves Atlassian is currently working on this bug! Here is the ticket: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/n6qq8lnms8sn
