Tempo plugin time sheet JODA library problem. Jira 5.1.3

We have Atlassian JIRA (v5.1.3#782-sha1:4389c89) installed.
Tempo Timesheet plugin does not work correctly starting this november. I asked them and they tell me there is a workaround and it requires upgrade. (JIRA-33737). Is it possible to replace the Joda library in place ($jira_install/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/lib) without upgrading the JIRA? What is the correct version of JODA library for our version?

The correct version of the JODA library for your JIRA is the one that was installed with it.

You could, in theory, change it, but I would not, as you'll be completely unsupported, and if anything that JIRA uses in it has changed, it's going to break.

I would strongly recommend upgrading JIRA, not trying to replace bits of its libraries.
