Tempo cost tracker takse ages to imoprt

I started testing out tempo cost tracekt today, and started creating projects in it. The queries i defined have 2-10 issues as results with a few hours logged on each.

Queries are simple like project =XY 

In the scope window of my projects I get the import in progress msg, no tasks/data loaded whatsoever. It has benn hours. Is that normal?

Hi,

we are aware on some problems and are working on a solution. You might want to submit a request to the Tempo support to receive an update once it has been fixed.

I'm having the same problem. Cost Tracker is timing out when trying to import scope.

Sorry to hear you have the same problem. I have created a bug ticket for tempo, hopefully we get some answers soon.

me too, i can tell you that it must be on the Tempo side, this has been working just fine and we didn't change anything. It could be update on the Jira side but have not heard back from them either.
