Tempo Timesheet view problem

We have four project in Jira. We can see timesheets' worklogs of tasks in some projects. But we can't see only one project. 

How can we see?

In Timesheets by Tempo, each user can view his own worklogs in the worklogs tab of the issue. 

To view the worklogs of other users, you need to either have the "View all worklogs" permission for the project or the "View worklogs" permission for the team the worklog owner is a member of.
