A few weeks ago when Planning by timeline was down, I added planning by resource instead.
The issue is that now, when I run the capacity report it seems to ignore time that I added by resource, even though I can see the hours in the timeline view.
EG: These three team members are fully booked for week 17

However, in capacity report, the first two are showing as only having 1 hour booked

Does the capacity report not take into account time planned using "planning by resource"?
If so, will I have to delete all and re plan by Timeline to see a true capacity? Also, given that I was told last year that Planning by Timeline was going to be phased out, is there a plan to have a similar tool added to "planning by resource"?
