Hi Community,

there is problem that I can't figure out how to solve, and I think it's a programming error.

We use Internal tickets as described by Tempo to use, but we have a problem that within one project. We have several Internal tickets for several groups and all of this is in one project. In that place, we use the security level and say Current assignee and his boss only see the ticket that tempo bypasses when logging time in Tempo and allows everyone to see all the internal tickets that we added to tempo internal tickets.

Of course, after booking time, users do not have the right to read or see this ticket in Jira, but they can still book time on it as normal in Tempo. This shouldn't be possible because you can't see the ticket, which means you can't book a time on it. How to solve this problem?

Best regards

Jurica
