Tempo - Import a work log

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Each morning, I manually enter into 'Tempo' what I did the previous day, I've tried looking around and cannot find anything regarding importing 'logged work' via a file, or some form of an API request.
All I can find is about migrating or bulk-creating tickets, but nothing about work to those tickets.
Below is an image of what I typically fill in, repeatedly each morning.
