On my home laptop Template no longer shows below Activity. I always use it to add my signature to comments. I connected remotely to my office pc - the template still appears there so it must be a setting on my home pc. I haven't been able to find a way to add it back.
I recall a notice about Canned Responses Pro may be hidden soon, or something like that, and a way to access it. I see it on the left side but can't add it back. I routinely select my signature in the template which I show with comments to indicate my working days and hours. I always set an auto-reply in Outlook but that's not passed along i Jira. I want my customers to know they're not being ignored on days that I'm out.

Based on your description I do see you are referring to the market place app Canned Responses Pro. The functionality you are describing is not part of the base Atlassian offering. I do see the app is made by AppFire, so out of all the app vendors they may see this post and reply. However, for third party app specific questions it is generally best to open a ticket through whomever is your Jira Admin at your company so that they can open a ticket directly with the vendor. Hi Clark - I didn't realize the Canned Responses/signature was provided by a vendor. Next week I'll open a ticket with our Jira support group, and maybe Appfire.
