We have Jira cloud free.

One of our employee has a pop up window with this text (in spanish):

Can anyone help me to solve this technical issue?

Could you please confirm on below details 

- Is this affecting all other uses as well?

- Could you please confirm the action the user is trying that leads to this error

- Can the user clear the cookies cache, open the browser and try this again and also maybe incongnito mode?
