We cannot access the Service Collection trial.

Rovo confirms it is not a permission issue.
What can we do to progress and make Service Collection work for the people who requested it?

My goal is to make Service Collection available to a couple of people in my company who requested access.
I follow the links in the email / prompts but this does only result in this error message:

Don´t play with Links, just go proper Admin Way.
Apps > Atlassian Apps > JSC > and Add them to Respective Roles.

PS: Invitation Emails are not always most Reliable way to invite users.
Sometimes they behave in an unpredictable way. đ
