Team member mention shows gray instead of blue

 I’m experiencing an issue with mentions in Jira. When I try to mention a team member in this project, their name shows up as gray instead of blue. The member is active and part of the project. Could you please advise why this is happening and how to fix it?

Have you verified that this user is part of the group that is tied to a global permission which is Browse users and groups?
