Team-managed project broken after name and key change?

Hey community,

I've just run into an odd behavior: the configuration is broken after changing the name and key of a team-managed JWM project.

The board view has been reset to the default values when grouping by status.

The issues (within other statuses) are still there, but can't be transitioned anymore.

The workflow seems to have been reset to the system's default workflow, which can't be edited.

That being said, I'm somehow in a dead-end for now. Audit log has nothing helpful inside. On DC, I'd have tried to run a re-index, but we're on Cloud here.

Has anyone else run into something similar? I'm thankful for any advice.

What steps did you go through to change the name and key for the project?

How long has it been since you made that change?

Hey @Trudy P Claspill ,

basically nothing more than

• open project settings
• change name and key
• save.

The change has been made yesterday morning. What's also strange is that everything initially worked as usual and only seemed to break down overnight.
