Team can not access jira, stuck on an infinte loading screen or an error is thrown.

Hello, my team has had a Jira board for our project for a month or so and now no one except for me the admin, can access the board and I am unsure of why this is happening. My team members are met with a loading screen that sends them to this error page or are sent to an infinite loading screen.

I have tried making the project open to everyone and sending the link multiple times to no avail. I don't know why this is happening.

I don't know could have happened to cause this. Weeks ago my team was accessing the project just fine, moving and creating items and now suddenly no one has access to the project except for me. Please Help.

Could be a temporary glitch. I would suggest opening the url in an incognito window and give it a try.  If this still continues to happen please reach out to support.

This has been going on for several days and opening the url in incognito gives out the same problem. I have multiple team members to confirm this.

On another note, what would be the best way to reach out to atlassian for support?
