Hello
i have been trying to find the answer whether TM Scrum project also support parallel sprint or not. bit confused as Atlassian has clearly mentioned on the site that parallel sprint is supported by company managed scrum project only.
can anyone clear this as per latest update or documents by Atlassian. i am preparing for ACP 620

Hallo Deepak,
good question for ACP-620 prep. Short answer: yes, team-managed scrum projects in Jira Cloud do support parallel sprints today. The note you remember reading ("only company-managed") is outdated.
The difference is in how you turn it on. In company-managed projects, parallel sprints is a global Jira Software setting that an admin has to enable first under Settings, Products, Jira Software configuration (seen in your screenshot). In team-managed projects there is no setting to flip at all. You just open the backlog, create a second sprint, and start it while the first one is still active. Each sprint runs independently and can be completed on its own schedule, but both pull from the same project backlog.
The official Cloud doc for team-managed sprints still lists "Run parallel sprints" as a subsection on the same page where sprint enablement is covered:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/enable-sprints/
The Atlassian product manager announcement that originally rolled this out to team-managed projects is also worth bookmarking, since it explains the design intent and confirms that no admin toggle exists in team-managed:
Hope that helps and best of luck for your upcoming exam.
Greetings,
Alex
