Issue Description: Following the recent Jira Cloud UI update, there has been a change in search behaviour between project types:
Current Behaviuor:
- Team Managed Projects: Now require the full work item ID (including project key) when searching for items
- Company Managed Projects: Continue to allow partial input (number only, without project key)
Previous Behaviour: Both project types previously allowed partial input for work item searches.
Impact: This change has reduced search efficiency for Team Managed Projects, requiring users to input complete identifiers rather than just issue numbers.
Troubleshooting Attempted:
- Verified language setting is set to "English - Moderate stemming"
- Tested various search configuration settings
- Issue persists regardless of selected settings
