Hello!
I have several task disapearing from the board despite noe being finished or aything like that. They appear on the "list" but not on the board". If I go on the "list" and change the status and then put it again on the previous status, then the task appears again on the "board" but it gets impossible when it comes to multiple tasks.
Any solution for this? Also, no filters applied!
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Tiago Ribeiro -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You appear to be using a Jira Work Management project and board. Those types of projects only display issues for a limited time and the timeframe is not configurable.
Please see these suggestions for making the timeframe configurable:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-19

Kind regards,
Bill
@Manoj Gangwar Thanks for your answer!
How can I go to the board configuration? I've searched about it but it seems different from what i'm looking for.
I mean this board and list, as you can see in the picture below.

This configuration applicable on the jira software boards but as per your screenshot you are using JWM so please go with @Bill Sheboy suggestions.

Hi @Tiago Ribeiro ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
In this case, there could be two scenarios:
First, go to the board configuration then Column. Check the status to see if it is mapped with the column or not. If the status is not mapped with any column then create a new column and map the status with the new column.
Second, Check the board filter if that status is excluded or not. if excluded then update your filter query by removing that status.
Check the board sub-filter query as well.
