Tasks/Historias não aparecem na timeline

Ana Vitoria October 31, 2023

Alguem consegue me ajudar?

Hi @Ana Vitoria and welcome to the Community!

Can you check your board settings and under the timeline tab make sure that Child level issue scheduling is enabled?

Hi @Walter Buggenhout ! Thank you for the help :) It is enabled.. There are some epics on that same timeline that shows the child, but others do not.. Captura de tela 2023-10-31 095618.png

Are these tasks in the same project as your epics?

Ana Vitoria October 31, 2023

They're not in the same project.. Maybe that's why. Are there any solution in this case?

That is indeed why. The (basic) timeline can only display issues from 1 project. If you want to build timelines with issues from multiple projects you would either need to upgrade to a premium plan, where Advanced Roadmaps does offer this capability, or check the marketplace for solutions compatible with the standard plan. Structure by Tempo is one that comes to mind.
